There are a variety of rooms available at the inn. Some share bathrooms;
some have their own bathroom. Some have features like balconies or air conditioning. Read the descriptions below to find the
one best suited for your needs.
In addition to your room, the guests' lounge is the place to meet and relax.
It features comfortable furnishings, a cozy pellet stove and even a piano for those who are musically inclined! A perfect
spot for our guests to meet, swap tales, read, or simply relax.
We have one pet-friendly room (#12 - Isa). Please
read the description for more details. Pets will not be permitted in any other of our guest rooms. Reservations are strongly
recommended for this room.
Room Descriptions
#1 Rosella (Low Season $58; High Season $73)
This room is a real guest favourite. Thematically decorated, Rosella
has a comfy double bed, a large reading chair and ottoman, an in-room sink, and a great view of the Thompson river. It shares
the two common bathrooms.
#2 Willow (Low Season $54; High Season $68)
One of our basic rooms, Willow has a
firm double bed, a pine highboy dresser with mirror, an in-room sink, and a view of our side yard garden. It shares the two
common bathrooms.
#3 Cottage Garden (Low Season $54; High Season $68)
Recently renovated in spring 2005, Cottage
Garden has one double bed. With its garden inspired decor, it also has a lovely view of our side yard garden. It shares the
two common bathrooms.
#4 Sweet Pea (Low Season $45; High Season $63)
Overlooking our side yard garden, Sweet
Pea has a comfy single bed and is directly across the hall from the two shared bathrooms.
#5 Tumbleweed (Low Season
$45; High Season $63)
This cozy room offers a single bed and a view of the old main street of Spences Bridge and our
side garden. It shares the two common bathrooms.
#6 Granny Smith (Low Season $98; High Season $115)
A cheerful
sunny room with a view of the hills opposite, Granny Smith is one of our bigger rooms. Featuring two double beds, an ensuite
4 piece bath and private balcony with two chairs and a table, this is a very popular room.
#7 Zen (Low Season $88;
High Season $105)
An elegant romantic room, Zen offers a huge ensuite 4 piece bath, our only queen- sized bed,
a large private balcony with wicker patio furnishings, and two comfy reading chairs inside. This room is a favourite with
our train enthusiasts!
#8 Serenity (Low Season $98; High Season $125)
Serenity is our largest room. It has
two double beds, a private 4 piece en suite bath, two graceful wing chairs, air conditioning, and lots of room for relaxing.
It easily accommodates an extra cot.
#9 Nicola (Low Season $58; High Season $78)
Reflecting the sun and water
of the region, Nicola is a bright and cheerful room with a double bed and a handy desk, useful for writing all those letters
and postcards home. It shares the two common bathrooms and has air conditioning.
#10 Sunflower (Low Season $88;
High Season $105)
Featuring an impressive picture window with an unforgettable view of the Thompson river and surrounding
hills, Sunflower is one of our most requested rooms. It has a double sized brass bed, a 4 piece ensuite bath, a comfortable
reading chair, small writing desk/vanity, and air conditioning.
#11 Hannah (Low Season $58; High Season $73)
A quiet gem tucked under the inn’s sloping rafters, this cozy room contains a double bed, vanity and dresser. It also
has ample room for our extra cot for that extra person. A nice view of the Thompson river makes this room a real hidden treasure.
It shares the two common bathrooms.
#12 Isa (Low Season $98; High Season $115)
This is our only ground floor
room and has some facilities for those with mobility challenges. Isa has two double beds, a four piece ensuite bath with grab
bars for the tub and toilet, and all doorways are wide enough to accommodate a regular sized wheel chair or walker. This room
is also our designated pet friendly room. If you wish to bring your pet, you will be required to agree to our pet rules and
regulations. Pets are not permitted in any other area of the inn, including the restaurant patio.

Room rates are based on double occupancy, with continental
breakfast included. Taxes are not included in the listed prices. Our continental breakfast includes, homemade muffins, cereals,
bagels, toasted homemade bread, seasonal fruit when available, yogourt, coffee, tea, juice and milk.
High season runs
from the Canadian May long weekend (dates vary by year) to December 31. The Inn will be completely closed from January 1st,
2007 to February 3rd, 2007.
Multi-day and weekly rates are available on request.
There is a $10.00
per person charge for additional people. There is no additional charge for children 10 and under, unless the extra cot is
required. The cot is available for an additional $15.00 per night.
The entire inn is also available for booking.
